When we won the Subway pitch in 2019 (right before COVID…), the brand had a serious credibility problem. Despite having more QSRs than any other fast-food chain, Subway wasn’t part of the cultural banter at all. So we tackled it head-on — with humour and a bit of nerve. Safe to say, our legal team didn’t sleep for a week.
