The UK has the world’s fastest-growing vegan population — but Subway’s plant-based commitment wasn’t cutting through, even after expanding its menu in 2021.
So, on Earth Day, we took veganism somewhere no one expected: the UK grime scene. We created the world’s first plant-based grime track, built from low-frequency sounds taken directly from the plants on Subway’s menu.
