Christmas is a notoriously busy period in the advertising calendar. So when Shelter came to us with a ‘festive’ brief, we wanted to do something genuinely useful — especially with thousands of people at risk of spending the holiday season on the streets.
So we created The Good Fire: a simple twist on existing tech that lets people raise money for Shelter just by watching a virtual fireplace on YouTube, turning a familiar habit into a seamless donation via Google AdSense. Virtual heat for real warmth.
